Welcome to ginocreglia.photography. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Gino Creglia.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Gino Creglia owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including all photographic images, text, and logos.

  • Copyright: All images are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of any image is strictly prohibited.
  • Usage: You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not republish, sell, or sub-license any content from this website without express written consent.

2. Physical Goods (Fine Art Prints & Booklets)

We take great pride in the quality of our physical products. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge the following:

  • Product Authenticity: All fine art prints are hand-signed and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Specifications: We strive to represent the colors and quality of our prints and booklets as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
  • Limited Editions: If a print or booklet is listed as a “Limited Edition,” it will not be reprinted once the edition is sold out.
  • Unframed Prints: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prints are sold and shipped unframed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Booklets are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Fine art prints may require additional time for production and signing.
  • Shipping Liability: While we take extraordinary care in packaging using archival-safe and reinforced materials, Gino Creglia is not liable for damage occurring during transit.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred for international shipments.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of fine art printing and the limited production of our booklets, all sales are final.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email gino@lpworkshops.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage (both the item and the packaging) so we can facilitate a replacement or resolution.

5. Workshops & Programs

Registration for workshops (via LP Workshops or third-party partners) is subject to the following:

  • Cancellations: Specific cancellation and refund policies vary by event and will be provided at the time of registration.
  • Liability: Attendees assume all risks associated with travel and equipment use during field workshops. Gino Creglia is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal photographic equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gino Creglia will not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento County.
