Refund and Returns Policy

Because our offerings—including custom-made fine art prints, limited-edition books, and curated gift items—are produced with the highest attention to detail, our return policies reflect the bespoke nature of these products. As outlined in our general Terms & Conditions, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to review the following details regarding damaged or defective goods.

Fine Art Prints & Publications

  • Policy: All fine art prints and books are final sale. Production is bespoke and handled with care to ensure the highest quality.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your print or book arrives damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hoursof delivery.
    • Requirements: Please provide high-resolution photographs of both the damaged packaging and the item itself.
    • Resolution: Upon verification of transit damage, we will coordinate a replacement or resolution. Claims made after the 48-hour window cannot be honored.

Gift Boxes & Curated Items

  • Policy: Items in our gift boxes are final sale. Due to the curated nature of these packages, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Workshops & Educational Materials

  • Policy: Participation in workshops and the purchase of educational materials are governed by event-specific cancellation policies as provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your individual workshop registration agreement for details regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds.

Initiating a Claim

If you encounter an issue that falls under the “Damaged in Transit” clause, please contact us immediately at your established business contact email.

To expedite your claim, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the damage.
  3. High-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged shipping container and the item.

  • Governing Law: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, any disputes arising from your purchase or use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • Liability: Gino Creglia Photography assumes no liability for equipment or travel-related issues beyond the scope of direct product manufacturing defects.
